How to hire from us

Superhire is open Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm.

Loading Bay - Collections & Returns, 8.00am to 4.00pm

No appointment necessary.

Once you have chosen your items, we will tag and list them on a Hire Contract. The Hire Contract will show you the hire cost for every item, the production details, collection date and length of hire.

Each item on the hire contract has a risk value. The risk value being the replacement cost that will be charged should the item not be returned. Our standard rate for hiring is 10% of the risk value for the first week hire, 5% for the second and 2.5% for each week thereafter.

Our Requirements

To place an order with us we require the following :-

• A Trade account, please contact Sales Accounts to request an application form.
• An Official Purchase Order, or letterhead with an invoice address or registered office address and a contact phone number, to confirm the hire. All orders must be confirmed by 12pm latest the working day before collection.
• Payment: If you do not have a credit account, payment in cash, cheque, bacs or credit/debit card is required on or before collection.
• In some cases we may also ask for proof of ID, address and insurance.
• Special conditions also apply if the items are to be shipped abroad.

PLEASE NOTE

We do not supply transport. This should be arranged by the customer and must be an enclosed vehicle of suitable size & weight capacity, with blankets and ties to protect and secure the items being taken.

We reserve the right to refuse to load if we believe the items will be damaged – we want you to receive items in the best possible condition and avoid any loss or damage.
